We would like to inform you regarding an invitation from Deakin University for the Deakin University Blue Marble Study Tour event. The details of the activities are as follows:

Program Name  : Blue Marble Study Tour 2024
Date : 6 October 2024 - 19 October 2024 (2 weeks)
No. of students : 30 in total across selected partner institutions worldwide (students selected via a competitive application process)

Cost Involved

Deakin will cover:
1. Program fees
2. Great Ocean Road, Melbourne CBD and Australian cultural and wildlife tours
3. Accommodation and most meals
4. Private shuttle transport during the program
5. Airport transfers (in Australia) and public transport 'Myki' card with AUD$35 credit

Students will pay for:
1. International flights and visa costs
2. International travel insurance
3. Extracurricular activities not provided as part of the program
4. Food and drink not covered as part of the program

Preferred Students:
1. Students interested in studying on-campus at Deakin University in the next 1-2 years;
2. Passionate about study abroad and willing to promote the Deakin University brand; and
3. Currently enrolled at your institution.

Shortlisting Criteria :
1. Student application questionnaire (including motivation to do the program and ideas for promotion)
2. Discipline area of interest for future study (Architecture and Built Environment, Engineering, Environment and Wildlife, IT and Science)
3. Academic Results (CGPA/GPA)
4. English proficiency level
5. Gender balance

Program Offers : Offers will be made to students from 22 July 2024.
